Lauren Wilson is a keynote speaker, Olympic sailing hopeful, and award-winning creative director whose work spans tech, tourism, lifestyle brands, and national campaigns. A nationally ranked youth sailor and U.S. Sailing Team member in the early 2000s, she paused her Olympic pursuit to attend USC and build a thriving creative career.
After two kids and two decades of “what ifs,” Lauren stepped back into an ILCA 6 dinghy — only to discover the fire was still there. In 2025, she raced a full ILCA season and earned a Top 10 Female ranking in the ILCA-NA Grand Prix standings, all while unknowingly competing with a torn abdominal wall. After undergoing full abdominal reconstruction, she returned to training with a deeper sense of purpose and an unwavering commitment to the long road toward LA28.
