Began mountain biking and Adventure racing 2006 (Momar series and sea to Summit Whistler 2006). La Ruta Marathon Mountain BIking race finisher (Costa Rica 2006). Began ultra running 2007, 50km Chuckanut Moutnain Trail run race (4th female, 1st in age group). Future pursuits include bicycle touring throughout the world; getting into various expeditions, ironman, competing in more ultra runs and continued competition in adventure races.

Varsity women's rowing team at UVic 1997-2002 Gold medalist at Canadian Henley, Canadian University Championships, Brown Cup, various international medals Athlete of the year 1997 for highschool, and finalist among city-wide athletes. Completed many long-distance cycling trips including 2 times across (most of) Canada, and once from Victoria, BC to Panama, Panama. First adventure race was MOMAR in October 2004. Since then, Dirty Duo (2nd place female relay), Suburban Rush (3rd place solo female), and World Cup Raid Series in Andorra (44th). Race the Rockies 2005 - 7th Place team. Raid the North Kamploops 06, Sea2Summit '06.
